Online Order Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Payment Authorization
Full payment is required at checkout. You authorize Set the Table Personal Chef Services to charge your selected payment method for the total order, including taxes and delivery fees.

All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once food has been prepared, packaged, or delivered.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after the posted ordering deadline. Requests made prior to the deadline may be issued a store credit at our discretion.

Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Customers are responsible for providing a safe drop-off location or being available to receive the order.
Once delivery is completed, Set the Table Personal Chef Services is not responsible for the condition or storage of the items.

Food Safety
Meals must be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed according to provided instructions.
We are not responsible for food that is improperly stored or reheated.

Allergies
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, soy, and eggs.
We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks for fulfilled orders will be disputed.
